I thought I was doing so well blogging once a week but no then I go and stop for ages. Have been VERY busy these past couple of weeks and it is still very busy so will apologise in advanced that I may not post again for a while. Once again only going to cover the main points.
George's Birthday
So last weekend I went up to Sheffield again for George's birthday. Becca anther friend from school came as well and we stayed for 3 nights until the Sunday. First night we didin't do much but chat then the second day was her actual birthday. We went out to Cafe Rouge where I had a smoked salmon omelette for breakfast and then headed to Revs (yes at 12am) as we had been told you got a free cocktail if you booked a table. This turned out to be true and so we had cocktails before heading home and relaxing for the afternoon. Then it was time to get ready and so we started drinking and preparing ourselves (was american high school themed). Me and George went in cheerleader outfits and Becca went as a Geek. There was a bit of a house party/pre drinks before going out then we went to a club called Leadmill. Was a good night but we lost Becca to some random guy so spent quite a bit of time trying to find her, then went to an Indian for a SIT DOWN dinner at half 3 in the morning which was a little too confusing for my brain to understand why it was even open so I took myself off to get some chips. Got back home and went to sleep, woke up the next day to find I had bitten all my nails off and they were horrid and red and sore, stupid me. Next day we didn't even get out of PJs just ate and lazed around and then I headed back to Oxford the next day to start revising for the test I had on Tuesday. Pleased I did go back early, ended up with 70% and highest mark in the class so very pleased with myself.

Next exciting thing to happen was on Wednesday when I had my lecture in the morning (not exciting) then drove to Becky's house as we had tickets to see the comedian Michael McIntyre. Got to hers quite early so chatted and had some dinner, then realised we were running late so went very fast down the motorway to her grandparents house where we parked the car and ran to the train station, got our tickets and only just made it onto the train. 20mins later we arrived at Wembley and walked to the arena not having a clue where we were going just following other people who we were hoping were going to the show as well. Didn't have to line up outside at all, went straight in, bought a programme and found our seats. Our seats were quite far away, next time I would really like to be on the front row but it was still good they had big screens so you didn't miss anything and a lot of his jokes were very funny although he did repeat a couple of old ones and do one about horse riding not being a real sport which made me and Becky angry but all in all was very exciting and so happy I went (was a birthday present).

Shopping with granny
This bit will only be short but yesterday I got home from Becky's and headed straight out again to see granny and take her xmas shopping as she gets very confused now so needs help with it and we needed to get presents for mummy. We couldn't find her main present anywhere and talked to some very unhelpful people in some shops who I got very angry with, they were treating granny like an idiot so I told them we didn't need their help and would be taking our business elsewhere. Finally found the perfect present though and had to order it online so just hope it arrives in time. Got the rest of the presents and had a coffee in cafe Nero which was so lovely, granny almost seemed like her old self and was the most fun we have had together in ages.
Anniversary
Last thing to talk about I promise. This hasn't happened yet but today I am driving up to Kingston to see Nick. I haven't seen him now for nearly 2 weeks so I am very excited. It is our 1 year anniversary tomorrow and I can't wait, it is the first time I have ever been with someone this long and I don't know exactly what we are doing but I think we are going to the Winter Wonderland thing in Hyde Park which sounds so cute :) I got him a card and an advent calender as our anniversary is the first of December and we said no presents but I thought an advent calender would be perfect. Feels like ages since I saw him but he's got a bit of a cold so hope he isn't too ill and it is still fun, excited to see his house and meet his hosuemates as well! Only staying until Sunday as he has lots of work to do but it is still better than nothing. I will try to post again letting you know how it went.
Hope you all have a great weekend
